Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom

Total delivery time for UK orders is 3–7 working days, including processing. This is the same timeframe stated in our FAQ and applies to all products, regardless of fulfilment location.

Shipping Cost: Standard UK Shipping is FREE on all orders.

International Orders

Delivery typically takes 5–12 working days, depending on destination and local postal services.

Where Are My Items Shipped From?

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

In the unlikely event of a significant delay (beyond 14 working days), please contact us for a priority reshipment.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages undeliverable due to incorrect address information

  • Packages stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier
