Returns

We offer a 14‑day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with tags (where applicable)

  • Returned with proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable pet goods (e.g., opened pet treats)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Hygiene‑sensitive items that have been opened or used (e.g., pet grooming tools, pet toothbrushes)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

Note on Sale Items: In accordance with UK Consumer Law, sale items are eligible for return within the 14‑day window, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and meet the standard return requirements.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. This ensures availability and the fastest turnaround.


14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period (UK & EU)

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

  • Returned with proof of purchase


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: return shipping is free.

  • For all other returns: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This ensures full transparency in line with UK Consumer Law and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
