Returns Policy 

Life's Better Ltd T/A Life's Better With Paws has a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable pet goods (e.g., opened pet treats)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Hygiene‑sensitive items that have been opened or used (e.g., pet grooming tools, pet toothbrushes)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., pressurised sprays)

Sale items can be returned in the same way as full‑priced items, provided they meet the standard return conditions. (This is required under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.)

Gift cards are non‑returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period (UK & EU)

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: return shipping is free.

  • For all other returns: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
